HOTEL POLICIES
Hotel Terms and Conditions
- • All hotel guests who need to Check-in to stay in the hotel need to carry their ID proofs along with them. Without that they will not be allowed to check-in.
- • It is not allowed to take explosives, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals in to the hotel.
- • All guest at the time of Check-in will have to sign a GR form giving all their personal details like Name, Address, Mobile No., Destination from, Destination to, Check-in date, Check-out date, Room Nos. occupied, ID details etc. GR form will also contain Roof Tariff agreed to be paid by the guest which the guest will have accept and sign.
- • In addition to the Room charges, Meal Plan Charges and other charges payable, the Guest will have to pay GST charges as applicable.
- • International tourists/guests will need to show their passports at the hotel reception for Check-in and will have to pay all the hotel bills in foreign currency.
- • Rights of admission are reserved with the management of the hotel. If any guest violates any hotel rules or norms or his behavior is inappropriate inconvenient to other guest of the hotel or for any other security, safety, medical reasons, management has the right to send such guest or guests away from the hotel.
- • Hotel Private parking is only meant for the parking of vehicles owned by the inhouse guests at their own risk. However, hotel is not responsible for any damage or disappearance of any vehicle kept in the parking area.
- • Incase of any conflict on the actual bill provided to the guest after the receipt of services, the terms of the bill will prevail.
- • The hotel has the discretion to levy any damage charges in the bill in case it is proven beyond doubt that such damage / destruction to the Hotel Asset or Assets has been done or caused by the guest.
- • The hotel takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.
- • The hotel may at its absolute discretion cancel any reservation for security reasons if the hotel is of opinion that the reservation information provided by the guest is false, incomplete or doubtful.
- • The hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by the guest as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the hotel.
- • The hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and /or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- • 100% refund if a booking is cancelled minimum 15 days prior to check-in date
- • 50% refund if a booking is cancelled between 7 and 14 days prior to check-in date
- • No refund if a booking is cancelled 6 days or less prior to check-in date
- • In case of No-show one night's room charges plus GST applicable are recoverable from the guest
- • All refunds will be made by direct bank transfer to the person (corporate or individual) who has made the booking.
- • Bookings cannot be transferred in another name
- • Booking can be extended, preponed or postponed without any extra charges subject to availability of accommodation and the prevailing tariff at the time such change is sought by the guest.
Check-in and Check-out Policy
- • Standard Check-out time is 12:00 PM
- • Standard Check-in time is 2:00 PM
- • Late checkout of up to 2 hrs. can be permitted by the management on its own discretion subject to prior notice by the guest without any extra charges. Late check-out between 2 and 4 hrs. will be chargeable at half charges. Late check-out beyond 4 hrs. will not be allowed.
- • Late/Early check-in can be permitted by the management subject to prior information by the guest and its acceptance by the hotel management.
Child Policy
- • No child below the age of Eighteen will be allowed to stay in the hotel alone
- • Maximum of two Children below the age of 6 years accompanied by their parent/s will be allowed in the same room free of charges
- • Only one child 6 years or above will be allowed in parent/s room on extra charges as per tariff
Liquor Policy
- • Hotel does not have a Bar therefore consumption of liquor in any public place of the Hotel is not permitted
Pet Policy
- • No Pets are permitted in the Hotel Premises
Covid Protocol
- • It is assumed that guest will follow the strict covid protocol from time to time as per instructions of the local Govt
Meal Policy
- • All types of Meal Plans are available to the guest CP, MAP, AP
- • No outside cooked food will be allowed into the hotel premises or the rooms
- • There is a restaurant available in the hotel for the convenience of the guests
Security Policy
- • 24/7 CCTV is operational in the hotel for security purposes
- • Only restricted entry of Guests is allowed in the Hotel with prior permission. Management reserves full rights of admission
- • No Visitors to our Hotel Guests is allowed inside the Rooms. They can meet them in the Lobby or Restaurant only with the permission of the Hotel Guest.
- • No Hawkers are allowed inside the Hotel premises even on the request of Hotel Guests
Privacy Policy
- • This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service.
- • We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- • Types of Data Collected: Personal Data while using Our Service may include Email address, First/Last name, Phone number, and Address.
